As an Accounting Assistant Manager in Business Services
Outsourcing department, I am responsible from the accounting
services to our clients (foreign companies in KSA) which
include the following:
* Review and prepare the chart of accounts and the cost
centers for the new clients.
* Planning for the accounting services, bookkeeping, and
delivering of the reports.
* Supervising accountants, delegating and participating in
accounting tasks.
* Overseeing the recording, tracking, and reporting of financial
information.
* Developing and implementing controls and procedures to
ensuring accuracy reports.
* Reviewing and maintaining accurate GL transactions records.
* Maintaining accurate records & balances of the banks,
accounts payable & accounts receivable.
* Preparing VAT, WHT and income tax in timely for the filing in
ZATCA portal.
* Prepare reports of funding usage, funding forecast, and
funding requests.
* Reviewing, approving employee claims and process
payments in Concur system.
* Managing treasury services in behalf of our clients.
* Preparing and reviewing periodical accurate reports and
Sending to the clients.
* Ensuring timely delivery of the reports and meeting the agreed
deadlines.
* Response to clients requirements and inquires in timely.
* Planning and follow up the annual audit and respond to the
auditor requirements and complete the audit sessions.
* Mapping the audited financial statements to the trial balance
and make the adjustments in case of any variances.
