- Set-up and operate various scientific apparatus; fraction collectors, centrifuges, homogenizers, and various microscopes.

• Developing a wide range of Technical documentation related to precious metals rating and saving.
• Advising clients on best practice with regard to technical documentation and technical documentation creation processes
• Consulting clients in different questions for precious metals application.
• Preparing inventory of equipments and machinery (to find a presence of precious metalls in their parts) according to state regulations.
• Verifying and validating documents before endorsment for acquisition of license for using precious metals.
• Preparing all Technical documentation for rating and using precious metals in jewellery industry.
• Providing technical support in relation to the above Documentation.
• Performing day to day office duties such as checking corporate e-mails, answering clients calls, faxing, copying documents, dealing with walk-in clients, preparing quotations, commercial invoices etc.
• Representing the manufacturing department at product development liaison meetings and ensuring effective implementation of design practices to meet customer needs.
• Responsible for process engineering and project management to support process scale-up and current manufac-turing operations.
• Responsible for Project Management aimed to evaluate, analyze, and improve existing processes support the development of new manufacturing processes, and manufacturing process troubleshooting.
• Managing projects to implement statistical process control, analyze and trend existing process parameters, process inputs and outputs, improve manufacturing yields, reduce manufacturing scrap, and error proof manufacturing processes.
• Initiating, developing and implementing IQ/OQ/PQ validations for equipment and processes to meet the de-mands of new product introductions and current manufacturing operations.
• Coordinating specific efforts of the project team, including the core team members (Manufacturing, Plant QA/QC, and Materials Engineering) and supporting members (Health-Safety-Environmental (HSE), Finance, etc.).
• Providing development of Manufacturing process requirements, accounting documentation, specifications, validations, and Engineering drawings.
• Assembling and leading technical team for identified projects and products, which may include personnel from Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Development, Marketing, QA, and HSE.
• Performing timely technical investigations and providing practical manufacturing solutions, under appropriate safety and environmental regulatory guidelines.
• Providing daily analytical and technical support to meet manufacturing objectives
• Applying experience with manufacturing process equipment to lead the selection and design of equipment for prototype and full scale manufacturing
• Implementing problem solving and identifying potential issues, assess their impact and develop and implement mitigation and resolution plans and activities
• Ensuring that all appropriate documentation, drawings specifications are generated in compliance with Com-pany procedures and statutory requirements.
• Providing technical input for analysis of process and equipment changes
