• Perform network studies, analysis, sizing, modeling and verifications for infrastructure networks and associated utilities including mega master planning projects.

• Provide feasibility studies, concept, detailed & tender design for private developers and governmental companies projects.

•Set up design delivery program and allocate resources.

•Prepares and issues complete design, specifications, scope of works, BOQ, tendering & evaluate bidders.
