Responsible for all electrical inspections related to installations, testing, Commissioning etc.
Review and preparation of the inspection and test plan, inspection checklist and methods statement for electrical (Low, Medium, and High Voltage Power Distribution System) and instrumentation and control submitted by subcontractor.
Responsible for methodical and systematic routine Material Receiving Inspection, Site Acceptance Testing and Final Inspection of electrical and instrumentation erections and installations.
To conduct inspection of all ongoing activities for electrical installations.
Coordinate with engineering, client and sub-contractors representative on daily basis to resolve any quality problems or issues.
To attend all electrical inspection with client/contractor representatives.
To conduct inspections for all electrical material deliveries.
To submit inspectionrequests in coordination with concernedsite/project engineers.
Prepare method statements and ITPs in coordination with QA/QC senior engineers and Project engineers.
Prepare daily QA/QC report regarding inspections, material, Non-conformances etc.
Check the drawings and documents used at site for approvals and compliance with (SEAS) ProjectRequirements.
Prepare weekly surveillance reports, non-conformance reports and verification of corrective actions.
Ensure that all works are carried out as per (SEAS) the approved method statements and drawings.
Ensure that all equipment’s used are calibrated and with valid certificates
Conducting Internal Audit & external Audit
Managing all Security Systems & Equipments at Abha Int'l Airport (X-ray machines, Metal Detectors, CCTV systems & Access control systems).
Monitors operational equipment status to ensure proper operations.
To ensure effective implementation and control of operation activities.
Preparation, implementation and coordination of the project quality plan, specific work procedures, work instructions, method statements etc.
Supervise the inspection of all facilities to evaluate the contractor’s performance in operation and maintenance.
Managing the Man power
To handle quality/technical audit & review schedule, establish and monitor quality KPI, initiate corrective actions.
Preparing the Weekly, Monthly and Technical reports.
Participate in daily, weekly and Monthly meetings.
Attend the meetings with client to provide the technical acceptance and satisfaction.
Provide maintenance technical support to identify, investigate and solve operating and maintenance problems.

My Responsibilities:
1. New site planning in existing cities depending upon drive test result, customer complaints capacity (GSM-900/1800).
2. To identify the coverage hole or problematic area.
3. To purpose a new site according to clutter.
4. Deciding the height of RF antenna.RF optimization of BCCS of major cities alone with worst cells analysis to monitor, maintain and improve the KPI at cell, bsc& network level.
5. Neighbor and frequency planning.
6. Analysis of Tch drop/sdcch drop or day to day basis with helps of KPIs.
KPI monitoring on daily basis (on cell level& rmc level).
7. Detect the pilot pollution and take the necessary action to resolve the problem.
8. Verify the downlink parameters e.g. Rx power TX power, Ec/Io, FER, PN, etc.defined by the operator planner.
