• Ensure full compliance with Chemonics grants management policies and USAID regulations (ADS 303) governing the issuance of grants under contract.
• Ensure the proper preparation and execution of grant documents and grant disbursements. Required documents include grant approval letters, grant agreements, grant modifications, negotiation memos, branding and marking plans, milestone payment request forms, and others.
• Ensure that all grant files are complete and maintained, including hard copy files, records on the shared drive, and in DevResults.

• Maintain a tracking system for scopes of work/grant concepts, grantee performance, and payments.
