I was promoted to assistant branch manager just after I was transferred to a different office which specialized in first time buyers and new homes. My responsibilities involved:

• Training of new or junior members of staff, Vendor care, Sales progression,
• Ensuring figures for the branch were where they should be for the week/month, submitting figures to our area manager weekly.
• Being involved with the weekly conference call which was between the senior members of staff in the area.


Valuer

received an award for most exchanges in the first half of 2016 for the Essex area and was asked to step up as the branch Valuer.
• Generated business by cold calling, door knocking and listed as many new properties as possible
• Take photographs, create the floor plans and create the narrative along with listing the property onto property websites.

• Created the weekly newspaper advert that was printed in the local newspaper and weekly newsletter email sent to anyone who was registered with updates from our branch.
