Responsible for establishing and operating the Human Resources Department in all its functions: Staffing and Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Training, and Employee Relations.
Provide strategic support for both management and operational functions.
Responsible for domestic and external recruitment, testing, and staffing needs.
Design employee training programs, career development plans and succession planning.
Administer the compensation system based on market salary scaling and job leveling.
Initiate new projects aiming at increasing productivity, and reducing turnover.
Responsible for providing strategic support in terms of manpower planning, resource allocation, recruitment, talent development, and human resource operations.
Ensure smooth execution of the induction process for the new entrants through monthly/quarterly workshops
Introduce Employee Retention/Recognition Programmes such as Employee of the month, Long Service Award etc.
Manage the performance management process through creating a culture of setting goal, timely review and feedback among the HOD’s.
Propose and execute changes/improvements within Human Resources to introduce best practices.
Responsible for establishing and restructuring the main functions of human resources.
Plan, develop, evaluate, and improve techniques for selecting, promoting, evaluating, and training employees.
Responsible for promoting a culture of commitment, team-work, and productivity.
Ensure legal compliance with various governmental and labor law covering all areas of wages, worker’s compensation, school allowances, safety, and labor relations.
Responsible for developing and updating the HR budget on monthly basis ensuring that all recruitments/replacements are within the yearly budget taking into consideration recruitment needs, succession planning, trainings, and employee benefits and compensation costs.
Responsible for establishing and managing the HR and Administration Department.
Established processes and procedures for all work functions (Architecture, Project Management, HR and Administration)
Responsible for recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations and development, orientation and induction as well as personnel issues.
Responsible for the job analysis and recruitment function locally and regionally including planning, budgeting, advertising, technical and behavioral assessments.
Create and process performance appraisal for all employees annually.
Responsible for employee separation process including terminations, exit interviews and employee retention,
Procter developmental status for employees in terms of drawing a clear career path.
