Responsible for administrative and staff support duties for a specified unit / department,
which require a range of skills and knowledge of organizational policies and procedures; assisting
and directing visitors, and resolving administrative problems and inquiries; composing, editing, and
proofreading correspondence and reports, and preparing a range of administrative documents.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for follow- up with potential clients with inquiry for the services of the
organization.
• Coordinate with potential clients on various insurance plans and suggest insurance
package.
• Handle tasks of providing numerous insurance quotes and solutions for individuals and
families seeking insurance
• Keeps immediate supervisor well informed of activities, results of efforts and problems
identified/potential problems; recommends corrective actions to immediate supervisor.
• Coordinate with insurance company with regards to request of company employees.
(Request for New Insurance Cards, Follow-up of Pre-Authorization, Certificate Requests,
etc.)
• Responds to calls and emails relating to our services, particularly medical inquiries.
• Ensure that policy requirements are fulfilled, including any necessary medical
examinations and the completion of appropriate forms
• Calculate premiums and establish payment method
