Represent the developer in all project's aspects with waffi and consultant and following with the main contractor the work progress and check the materials specifications, method of statement and sign to be approve by consultant.
negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultant, clients, suppliers and subordinates.
make work break down structure (WBS) to care about benefits and risks upfront,

Made the plan, perioritized activities and we constructed in smart way to avoid risk upfront .we handed over our projects as per the time schedules.

- review and sign contracts with the sub - contractors for sea water treatment plant(RO), sewage treatment plant (s.t.p), central system and control camera all around the project.
