1. Supervised the AV installation in worksite and make a proper daily progress update on each work to be done to our AV Contractor and Make a reports defining project progress, problems and solutions to avoid any issue onsite.

3. Coordinate with IT resources and designated individuals responsible for providing AV and video conferencing support in other offices.

5. Execute installation for video teleconferencing like Polycom, Cisco Tanberg Installation of Cisco and setup by using and Extron equipment and Crestron.

1. Design Electrical Panel for Home Automation and make a layout for load schedule to the entire project on how to integrate Lighting AC control and Blind control.
2. Manage for some modification for integration and any motorized door control
3. Manage a work site for Supper yatch project from the beginning of the assemble of the yatch until handover to the Client both Residential and Commercial project to meet our requirement needs.

5. We did Yatch some Project for Majesty/ Benetti Boat for All AV installation Set up and install equipment such as microphones, sound speakers, video screens, projectors, TV, into designated design area for each room individual.
6. Full knowledge of trouble shooting preventive maintenance such as Crestron system control and Extron Commercial and residential project and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
7. Provide guidance and advice to the ELV team to make our proposal accurate.

1. Manage and track orders for the installation department to ensure timely arrival of all installation products to the job sites.
2. Support the department with new ideas that will enhance the quality of our services and increase both productivity and profitability.
3. Receive and inspect custom or specialized orders such as custom.
4. Coordinate All in charge to working project during AV Installations process and submit all the document needed to maintain enhance process during installation.
5. Assist the Director of AV Installation with change orders and other submittals of AV Materials as needed.
6. Attend a weekly meeting by the Civil Contractor and the design interior and some anyone involved on the project.
7. Coordinate to from project manager and prepare documentation if any some updates.
8. Manage Filing systems, including prints for all on-going and completed projects.
9. Participate in weekly departmental meetings that relate to the schedule of all ongoing projects and associated tasks and be prepared to report your status on each.
1. We installed Audio Visual equipment manufactured Crestron Christie, Cisco, Extron, Biamp, JBL, Crown, Shure and QSC etc.

1. Create and execute AV project work like AMX, Crestron and Dynalite Modules termination and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
2. Manage administrative aspects of all AV installation and maintenance projects including resource allocation and deadlines.
3. Manage Residential Lighting Design and audio visual design for all residential project management.
4. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs and Define project tasks and resource requirements.
5. Consistently monitor and report on progress of the project to all internal and external stakeholders effectively apply our methodology in project execution and monitor quality standards.
6. Ensure all project documentation is complete, current, and archived appropriately Ensure Division Director is kept updated and informed of challenges and mitigation strategies.

13. Manage a cable pulling and terminate of cables like Cat5/Cat6, Fiber Optic coaxial and etc.
14. Setup a multi room sounds from the rack up to designated room, Knowledge of Audio and Video Networking Protocol system.
15. Assemble and manage for rack building and manage the cable looming into the rack to make sure net and clean.
16. Works in a manner safe to the individual and other people; follows safety rules and safe working practices; uses safety equipment as required.
17. Troubleshoot proper set up and tear down of audio and video equipment

19. Must read, interpret and execute job flow sheet process and Must remain on premises during all meetings for which AV as provided equipment

22. Answers inquiries concerning the use of audio-visual equipment including: microphone, sound speakers, video screens, projectors, video monitors, connecting wires and cables as well as lighting.
23. ELV Security / Surveillance Cameras / CCTV & DVR installation, maintenance & network cabling and access door control its depend on client demand.
24. Works closely with internal and external customers to determine their needs, set up and/or supervise the AV support during the events.
