Experienced Chief Enterprise Architecture with more than 20 years of IT experience. Having a
deep understanding of the principles of Enterprise Architecture and I am well-versed in adopting
EA various frameworks (TOGAF, NORA, ARCHIMATE). Delivered EA implementation
projects for several clients including private as well as government agencies. Hand on experience
in setting up EA office & Tool, operating model, processes, procedures, standards and formulate
best practices in regards to each of the competencies. Have broad experience in developing and
aligning IT strategy with enterprise strategy using standard framework and best practice
(COBIT, ITIL)
Design and implement enterprise governance system for IT using COBIT and other
standard frameworks
Manage governance program within agreed budgets and timescales
Conduct Cyber security assessment and conclude action plan using widely used
frameworks (NIST, ISO 2700)
Develop Cyber Security Action plan based on NIST framework
Build IT service catalog and SLAs using ITIL framework
Develop policies and regulations that ensure the progress of the work according to
international standards and Enterprise Governance office.
Conduct IT governance audit using standard frameworks and methodology
Assist in KPI selection for IT objectives and agree on realistic target
