Job Description: As project manager, I was responsible for all company's telecom
projects which belong to STC in ALBAHA area: • Connecting Fiber to the Homes Project (FTTH)
• Connecting Very High-Speed Digital Subscriber Lines Projects
(VDSL)
• Connecting Fiber to GSM Towers (FTTM) under STC.
• Supplying proper materials for the project (pipes & hand holes)
• Projects consist of supply, installation, testing& commissioning.
• Preconstruction survey.
• Attend weekly meetings with Saudi Telecom Company to follow up progress of work.
• Coordination and follow-up to all necessary permits to start
work.
• Follow up Excavation works of trenches.
• Follow up Extension works and poling of fiber cables in ducts or direct buried.
• Follow up Splicing work of fiber and termination inside FTB
(fiber terminal box)
• Doing PAT (primary acceptance test) with STC.
• preparing as built drawings
• Raise the final quantities and invoice of the project to STC.

Responsible for coordination and follow-up all the necessary work for the project from the beginning to the stage of invoice such as: • Preconstruction Survey.
• Coordination and follow-up the permission and work
permissions with Government authorities.
• Managing excavation process.
• Coordination with the municipalities to get facilities as built
