* Supervisor of Receivable Account of the Casablanca Grand Hotel, Al-Naeim neighborhood, my task is:

Receive today and review the rooms that ckeck out, then transfer the balances to the companies account in the OPERA system, then prepare the vat invoices for customers.

Make the JV Bank settlements of which we deal with( NCB Bank, AL Riyadh Bank and AL Awwal) by Exell and transfer to Sun software .

correspond with them and follow up on the debts .
and to assist the payroll official in the processing of discounts, advances and employee settlements .. and work with the financial manager in closing the month and matching Credits on OPERA .

محاسبة في مكتب محاسب قانوني . تجهيز الميزانيات والخطابات الرسمية وارسالها للعميل ثم طلب منه متطلبات وكشوفات تخص عملهم ايا كان نوع المؤسسة فردية او شركة . وترتيب الملف بعد اكتمال المتطلبات وارسالها للمحاسب القانوني لاعتمادها لترفع لمصلحة الزكاة والدخل
