Team member and Facilities Engineer under Building Management Division. Managing
entertainment facilities a side to their projects while leading continues improvement
initiatives for procedures and operations excellence by:
- Managing portfolios with end users, contractors and relevant stakeholders Monitoring KPIs for FM projects and operations
- Developing and monitoring operations and maintenance projects and assure the
closure working collaboratively with the projects engineers, operation engineers and service provider to standardize buildings and projects activities
-Manage, develop and implement energy conservation and sustainability programs procedure among KAUST
-Enforce, drive and control processes development and implementation
A member in the operations division who provides support services for all residential and
facilities of KAUST-wide. Maintain directory of service provider, resources and
recommendations to solve their concerns.
- Manage FMOM internal project management process Documenting project activities and track its progress Assure projects delivery as per FMOM standard
-Manage the process of operations KPIs Enforce and implement changes in work practices for better efficiency and quality
-Developing operations SOP's for related functions Manage and monitor day to day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated polices and procedure
-Built a highly successful project management process from the ground up, providing
strategic and operational solutions that supported restaurant performance objectives.
-Developed and implemented engagement planning and project management of a wide
variety of endeavors from a start-up hospitality services to the client.
-Managed to perform market analysis to develop project portfolio Develop project study
-Managed to apply all project management elements by following 5 phases
- Managed project resources allocation and planned scheduled project timeline Lead and coordinate all construction planning and design development
