- Successfully Prepare annual budget and forecast for whole key Account.
- Prepare Key account profit and loss statement with high accuracy and great sales and profit
achievement.
- Manage financial alignment for equipment (Hardware/SW) projects from ordering, shipment and arrival to
revenue recognition.
- Present planning and short/long term cashflow report to customer CTO, CFO with account director.
- Involved in customer collection procedure end-to-end from swifts to allocation/PBG, LC, etc...
- Risk Analyst and assessor of contract/project in pre-sales and after sales.
- Experienced working with telecom operators with different scale of business and follow as good
communicator in customer relations especially finance and procurement departments.
- Clear historical project financial challenges and inventory management and unbilled AR.
- Mentor of the project finance team for new employees, open to share experience to team members.

- Manage Payment Process to local and suppliers and controlling the unqualified rates
- Finalize reconciliation of the company Sub contractors and operators.
- Forecasting Monthly and Weekly Cash Plan for head quarter Treasury Dept.
- Controlling the Financial Document quality and Sending external reimbursement.
