- Administer the psychometric & cognitive abilities tests.
- Organize & Coordinate the assessment center exercises schedule in terms of time & date to manage and facilitate the assessment center processes workflow.
- Conduct candidates' feedback sessions using feedback report to ensure that all candidates receive proper feedback concerned their performance in the assessment center.
- Interpret psychometric testing reports (competencies, behaviors & motives). - Conducting competency based interview.

Conducting interviews for new candidates
- Plan the annual vacation, unpaid leaves and sick leave control
- Distribute a monthly report to all the department heads to clear to them the due, taken and the balance for each employee
- Health certificates control for who's working in making, producing or offering foods and beverages
- Control the military service records, and keep it updated regularly and follow up with the temporary exempted staff to get us the updated decision in this regard.
- Update the personnel data base regularly upon changes in the staff's information such as : promotion, transfer, increase, changes in the marital status or the employees addresses
- Answering a multi-line phone system and greeting and directing guests. - Handling Guest Check in and Check out. - Answer enquiries regarding hotel services and registration by letter, by telephone and in person, provide information about services available in the community and respond to guests' complaints. - Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments. - Register arriving guests and assign rooms. - Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems.
