Participate in preparing the strategic plan and the main objectives of the institution and participate in its formulation.
• Preparing plans to develop human resources policies, regulations, and systems.
• Preparing organizational structure for the institution and updating it whenever necessary.
• Preparing J.D and career paths for all positions.
• Preparing a Manpower Plan related to wages / appointments / promotions / training.
• Determining the best sources of employment to attract distinguished cadres within the approved budget for employment.
• Discussing an evaluation of new employees, either after the training period or after probation period, to accommodate them in their jobs, re-employ them, or recommend that they be dismissed.
• Preparing a training plan and participating in determining the training needs of employees.
• Participation in the evaluation of training programs and systems that are selected or developed to raise the capabilities of workers' skills, periodic evaluation of the efficiency and effectiveness of these systems and programs, and continuous work to develop them and improve their results.
• Preparing a performance evaluation and evaluation system for employees, determining performance measurement standards, determining performance rates for employees, and monitoring the extent of commitment to achieve them, working on linking evaluation results with other relevant systems (promotions system - reward system and salary increase - training plan ...).
• Manage the outsourced service providers (Employees shuttle buses, Security, Catering, Housekeeping and Travel agency).
• Manage administrative purchasing (Buffet supplies, Stationery, Employee uniform and office furniture).
• Manage the company property maintenance (Admin building).
• Manage Company car service (Car expenses, maintenance, Trips and Traffic Licenses renewal).
• Preparing and developing a wage structure for benefits in accordance with the general strategic plan of the institution and considering the developments in the labor market.
• Work to raise the level of job stability among workers in the institution.
• Monitor compliance with labor and personnel regulations, which ensure the organization of work within the company.
• Follow up on relations with labour offices and social insurance organizations, and work on the regularity and safety of these relationships.
• Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
