• Project Management responsibility with preparing, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling subproject according to contractual scope and budget.

• Build and maintain strong customer and internal relationships through kind and professional communication
• Ensure full customer satisfaction while preserving the company business, interest and professional ethics
• Build and maintain knowledge of company portfolio (platform, products, and services)
• Work internally with Project Managers, product Managers and other teams.

===>Working in High Availability Telecom platforms and Linux/Open Source environments (OCS, USSD, HLR, SOA…) Huawei and OpenCode products.

• Projects:
 Multi-line integration with SOA system,
 Service Roaming activation using WSDL and MML from and to SOA_SI platform.
 Customer Identification service integration with SOA from SDP platform
 MSISDN Switch from USSD and SOA
 Exposing API WS to SOA-SI for services Subscription.
