• Address and solve major customers complaints
• Fully committed in the preparation of the new shops opening (Bershka Al wahdah Mall, Bershka le Mall Sin El Fil, Bershka Le Mall Dbayeh) as furniture and décor arrangement, merchandise display, internal and external orders need it for the openings ( equipments, stationery, decorations, windows displays, banners, catalogs etc.), interviewing staff for the new shops to fit the standards of the company

• Coordinate and Supervise Brand display and launching the collection according to Clientele and Catchment Area
