 Generates technician work orders: reviews plan, reviews progress, and prioritizes tasks.
Meets with contractors and owners to discuss scope of project, budgets, performance, and closeout.
 Supports the sales function by assisting with quote preparation and proposal as required Responsible for project cash-flow management: progress billing, collections support and monitoring, and resource management.
 Responsible for change order management by recommending solutions, facilitating quotes.
 Ensures that quality standards are maintained for assigned projects.
 Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff.

Managing the overall installation of the control systems for Falcon Project Data Centers in UAE, 3 different site locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with below responsibilities:

 Responsible for meeting the scope, schedule, resource and budget commitments reflected in the Project Delivery Plan.

 Lead the project construction teams in managing the project as per projects plan within the constraints established and approved by the Client.

Project Manager - ELV Systems (Freelance) for Du Data Center (DSO)

Managing the installation and testing & commissioning of the ELV systems. Responsible for the site installation progress, engineering / drawings submittals, Material Submittals, material procurement and deliveries, work site inspections, Material inspections, Commercial (submitting invoices and variations) and handling the meetings and workshops with the Main contractor and consultant.

▪ Managed Electrical and Mechanical installations with a team of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure that they conform to the requirements of the specifications and design drawings.
▪ Monitored the program and ensure that work progress and completion meet the target dates.
