 Successfully plan, manage, execute, complete and handover projects related to energy efficiency, energy performance contracts and building retrofits for all type of buildings (schools, universities, hotels, hospitals, office buildings…etc.) within approved budgets and resources without compromising on quality and safety, using internal staff as well as subcontractor

 Prepares sub-contractor request for quotation’s (RFQ) including scope statements, plans and milestone dates, specs, bonding requirements, and billing schedule of values.
 Receives and qualifies subcontractor proposals, supervises work of project assigned staff, subcontractors and installers.
 Generates technician work orders: reviews plan, reviews progress, and prioritizes tasks.
Meets with contractors and owners to discuss scope of project, budgets, performance, and closeout.
 Supports the sales function by assisting with quote preparation and proposal as required Responsible for project cash-flow management: progress billing, collections support and monitoring, and resource management.
 Responsible for change order management by recommending solutions, facilitating quotes.
 Ensures that quality standards are maintained for assigned projects.
 Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff.
 Establishes a professional relationship with the customer and interfaces constantly to maintain accurate status reports and project reviews.
 Obtains acceptance and timely sign-off of the project by the customer.

Managing the overall installation of the control systems for Falcon Project Data Centers in UAE, 3 different site locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with below responsibilities:

 Responsible for meeting the scope, schedule, resource and budget commitments reflected in the Project Delivery Plan.
 Responsible for overall project profitability
 Obtains, organizes, and maintains all project contract documents
 Prepares project billing revenue forecasts and schedule of values
 Lead the project construction teams in managing the project as per projects plan within the constraints established and approved by the Client.
 Obtain, organize, and maintain all project contract documents in accordance with Schneider Electric and Amazon (AWS) quality policy
 Coordinates the 3 site projects in accordance with contract documents and approved sales estimate
 Schedule and conduct all project construction meetings
 Manage the material procurement, deliveries and material inspections
 Review and approve design, commissioning, and installation plans
 Implement and enforce change control over project scope, schedule, resources, and budget.

Project Manager - ELV Systems (Freelance) for Du Data Center (DSO)

Managing the installation and testing & commissioning of the ELV systems. Responsible for the site installation progress, engineering / drawings submittals, Material Submittals, material procurement and deliveries, work site inspections, Material inspections, Commercial (submitting invoices and variations) and handling the meetings and workshops with the Main contractor and consultant.

▪ Managed Electrical and Mechanical installations with a team of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure that they conform to the requirements of the specifications and design drawings.
▪ Monitored the program and ensure that work progress and completion meet the target dates.
▪ Conduct site progress meetings, reviewed, and evaluated the site teams and Sub-contractors site progress and issue minutes of meeting and correspondence related to Electrical works.
▪ Coordinated with the engineering department for the Electrical shop drawings, Builders work, and materials submittals of the project to ensure detail and coordinated design documentation are submitted and approved within the agreed time frame of the project.
▪ Reviewed monthly claims and invoices from the Subcontractors and forward to Project Director for payment certificate.
▪ Attended safety meetings and reviewed safety reports and close out comments.
