Managing sales cycle across all markets of Kuwait B2B, Bulk orders.
Responsible for:
• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base locally.
• Meet with potential clients and grow long-term relationships by understanding their needs.

Leading merchandising team of 68-100 staff including 2 promoters; managing merchandising standards across 100+ Retailers with 45+ routes covering all product categories of (Almarai, Alyoum Chicken, Lusine & 7 Days) in Kuwait.
Implemented high quality standards of merchandising (Planogram, Product Rotation, and POSM placement, Cold Chain Management, Correct Product Handling, Floor and Gondolas Display) across all categories of food and beverages.
Recently handling markets from Sabah Salem to Wafra area, (including MTM, LG & SM) (July 2019 - present).
Also handled all Kuwait areas from Hawally to Abdali, +200 markets, (including MTM, LG & SM)
(May 2016 - July 2019).
Responsible for:
• Supervised merchandising teams: include motivating, coaching, monthly training, developing, and directly involved in operations.
• Structured merchandising routes and aligned merchandising teams to support the sales calls.
• Coordinated with sales teams on operational and market development activities.

• Managing Almarai warehouse in Mina Abdullah to support all marketing activities of POSM in all market across Kuwait.
• Managed a fleet of 17 cars ensure all routes are operational and timely served.
• Staff health, safety, security, accommodation, transportation, and timely vacation.
