-Follow up on applying the global freight system KPI’s through regular audits and online and onsite training for current offices and new expansions.
-Analyzing global freight production, trade lanes and business development opportunities.
Major achievements:
-Developed many training and follow up tools to assist in passing the KPI’s which resulted in an average of 50% increase in global freight KPI’s audit passing.
-Provided accurate data analysis and presentations to regional CEOs and station managers.
-Proposed, developed and currently leading and implementing the pilot project under the Aramex innovation lab on a Global Loyalty Program for the cash clients.
-Currently implementing my second project under the aramex innovation lab called theSMARTbox.

-Maintaining and developing new markets for current products and sourcing for new ones mainly from USA, UK, Italy and the Far East. Conducting sales visits and creating product awareness.
-Preparing tenders documents for public and private sectors in Jordan, Iraq and Saudi Arabia.

-Exceeded targets especially in the fields of power generation, storage tanks, decorative paints and office furniture.
-Created a solid database of international suppliers.
NESK is the Jordanian subsidiary of Al Judeie Retail Group in Saudi Arabia owners of fashion brands such as Mango, Stradivarius and Okaidi.

-Managing stock levels for all brands in terms of inventory control and IT systems applications.

-Reduced shipping charges by 25% through using multimodal logistics.
