Outline: A project engineer for the electrical and instrument maintenance contract at Wafra
Joint Operations by Saudi Arabian Chevron (SAC) and Kuwait Gulf Oil Company (KGOC).
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the contract ensuring no scope creep and remaining within budget, and schedule. Addressing and resolving conflicts that arises with the client. Conducting weekly meetings with the team to note concerns, tackle problems and seek to enhance current processes.
2. Creating a tailored forecast report projecting the profit and costs by the end of the project.
Moreover, creating tailored tracking sheets to track material delivery, purchase orders,
payments, letters etc. Maintaining and updating all records to be used as reference for
upcoming biddings or in future projects.
3. Preparing invoices and necessary supporting documents to claim the work completed and
follow up on payments with the client and company's accounting division to ensure seamless
cash flow.
4. Evaluating suppliers offers, negotiating prices and delivery terms, and issuing purchase
orders to commence the service or procure the required product.
5. Reviewing and approving suppliers invoices, salary timesheets, petty cash invoices and
manpower timesheets.
6. Coordinating with several departments across the organization such as procurement to
obtain offers, HR to source CVs, legal for subcontract agreements, admin to renew
employees licenses and registration papers, payroll ensuring suppliers and employees are
paid in a timely manner etc.

Outline: A maintenance engineer for the operation and maintenance of three combined cycle
powerplants at Al-Zour by Ministry of Electricity and Water (MEW) having a collective capacity of
2, 400 MW.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Planning and coordinating with the OEMs (Siemens/General Electric) and MEW for the major and minor maintenance of the gas turbines and steam turbines ensuring the completion of maintenance activities within the given timeframe enabling the engaging of the turbines
back to the grid fulfilling the country's power needs.
2. Overseeing and assigning the preventive maintenance/corrective maintenance works onto
different crews. Preparing a daily report describing the works carried out and the resources
used to complete the works.
3. Maintaining records of the consumables, equipment, tools, and spare parts used and placing orders accordingly to ensure seamless operation.
4. Reviewing and approving the working hours, overtime hours and vendor visits ensuring the
payment of salaries and vendors in a timely manner.

Outline: A piping engineer for the erection of pipes from the wells to the infield satellite station (ISS 2) at Lower Fars Heavy Oil Development Program Phase 1 by Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) and Petrofac.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Planning and coordinating with different disciplines such as civil and steel structure etc. and
departments such as logistics, stores etc. ensuring the availability of spools, pipes, physical
and human resources to erect the pipelines towards achieving the site's mechanical
completion.
2. Monitoring progress and maintaining records for fit up and welding to ensure available work
front.
3. Preparing daily report describing the works completed, available work fronts, resources
utilized, materials and consumables used, and forecasting the resources, materials and
consumables needed to complete the remaining works.

Outline: A production engineer for spool fabrication at Lower Fars Heavy Oil Development Program Phase 1 by Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) and Petrofac.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Planning to ensure meeting the daily production rate (inch-dia) based on materials
availability, machines capabilities, and available resources.
2. Providing training for the operators on the plasma cutting machine, beveling machine, band
saw cutting machine and heat treatment machine.
3. Monitoring progress and maintaining records for fit up and welding to ensure available work
front.
4. Preparing daily report describing the works completed, available work fronts, resources
utilized, materials and consumables used, and forecasting the resources, materials and
consumables needed to maintain or increase the daily production rate.
