● Record and maintain the fixed asset register up to date with monthly recording of depreciation and fixed asset addition.
● Record and document all advances to employee/suppliers, making sure the company policies are followed.
● Maintain the deferred charges accounts and balances reconcile with balance sheet account.
● Track all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, and prepare all the payments based on due date schedule.
● Prepare & maintain the monthly payroll process with all related transactions and recordings.
● Maintain and record all monthly provision in P&L, provision include the (EOS, Bonus, any other related Provision).
● Audit if all the invoices are properly recorded in order to prepare the VAT report.
● Prepare the Nssf report in order to represent it for Lebanese Social Security Fund.
● Prepare and maintain the monthly Payroll.
● Reconcile the banks and petty cash at the end of each month.
