▪ Participate development and update of long and short term finance strategic goals objectives and
plans which include all activities related to the financial analyses and financial projections (cash
flow), and ensure its alignment with Group and Companies strategic direction, business plan
and market indicators.
▪ Direct and oversee the periodical consolidated financial statements that represent the
organizations financial position, including comprehensive income statements, balance sheets,
cash flow statements and changes in shareholders' equity statement .
▪ Quarterly Board Meeting, with preparing the Board Meeting Requirements ( Presentation
Packages and related support analyses ), audit committee inquiries and cover all Tadawul
requirements.
▪ Supervision of group and companies performance and achievement including yearly plans.
▪ Review all monthly financial analyses, reporting and modeling. in accordance with comparing the
actual results with the company budget, with also review variances reports to prepare
recommendation and clarification to the management .
▪ Planning for the best utilization of cash and bank facilities in line with the objectives and strategy
of the Group .
▪ Managing and developing banks relationship, with also direct and oversee all negotiations with
the bank for facilities for Group requirements loans.
▪ Assets management (fixed assets, accounts receivable, inventory accounts, accruals, prepaid ).
▪ Risk assessment and management.
▪ Developing, creating and improving the Company’s Policies and Procedures .
▪ Ensure a sufficient and reliable internal control system on all processes in order to safeguard the
group Sub's assets and record liabilities.
▪ Managing the subsidiaries financial affairs .
▪ Applying the relevant Accounting Standards in accordance with IFRS and SOCPA.
▪ Tracking developing and implementing financial ERP system in accordance with the company’s
requirement .
▪ Interact with Auditors (Internal/External) and participate in the audit related projects.
▪ Preparing yearly consolidation and stand alone budget with all related analyses ( BS, P&L, CF,
CAPEX ) for all levels ( by product, by sales divisions, by dept., , , etc. ) .
▪ Carry out five-year financial plan, financial due diligence as necessary.

▪ Participate in development and update of company strategic financial planning, revision of
forecast and strategic plan in accordance with market indicators.
▪ Preparing the monthly required financial reports to the top management (Balance sheet, Income
statements, Changes in owners’ equity and statement of cash flow)
▪ Direct and oversee providing financial analyses reporting and modeling. in accordance with

▪ Direct and oversee the treasury with respect to cash management, loan, facilities management
and short term investment management for corporate
▪ Direct and oversee the disbursement of funds and payments for Company including transfer of
funds between accounts of the corporate and sectors
▪ Developing overall company credit policy and controls by sales channels, by customer categories
and by credit terms ( value & days )

▪ Review and update company’s financial and accounting policies and procedures, financial
reporting system, internal controls in compliance with international accounting standards

Saudi Distribution Company is a subsidiary of Saudi Research and Marketing Group (SRMG),
specialized in distributing the Group’s and other publishers’ publications. The Company has two
subsidiaries in Kuwait and Emirates, and 22 branch in KSA.
Prepare monthly management financial reporting package and executive summary schedules.
