• Board of Directors Reports.

• Monitoring and evaluating the departments’ performance as per the strategic plan put by the CEO.

• Assume primary responsibility for the day-to-day operations to ensure meeting goals and objective and in congruence with mission, vision, aims and strategic plan.
• Facilitate effective communication between two parties that do not speak a similar language by converting one spoken or written language to another.
• Keep a log of all official inbound and outbound documents, requests and inquires and ensure proper dispatching, tracking and follow up.
• Participate in management meetings, prepare minutes thereof, and ensure timely follow-up actions by all concerned staff.
• Support all recruitment activities and initiate follow-up actions as may be required.
• Prepare all documents for any general assembly in the company (Shareholders invitation, Assembly Agenda and other related issues.
• Handling written communication (Arabic & English) on behalf of the CEO professionally through overseeing the proper preparation of correspondence, letters, and documents to ensure accuracy and clarity of presentation.
• Arranging the times and places for the CEO’s traveling, meetings, appointments…etc, and coordinating logistics with concerned entities, internally or externally.
• Provide needed support and coordination with internal stakeholder to facilitate implementing of initiatives managed CEO.
• Maintaining the CEO’s office filing system as well as maintaining related logs and records.
• Receiving and responding to inquiries related to CEO’s work schedule for concerned staff external entities.
• Managing and administering the office’s administrative systems and procedures.
• As directed by CEO, facilitate internal/external meetings, organize agenda, prepare required supporting documents and manage communication with participants.
