• Reviewing the work progress on daily basis.
• Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Ensuring that activities are delivered on-time according to requirements and within scope and budget. Preparing action plan, follow up sheets, pending reports and responsibility matrix.
• Liaising with finance department to issue and update feasibility and financial studies.
• Stakeholders and communication management (local and international, technical for all trades)
• Contracts management, reviewing payments in accordance to scope, terms and conditions.
• Pre-contract process: RFP, pre-qualifications, tender documents, Bids evaluation and award.
• Analyzing, managing and mitigating risks and planning ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
• Ensuring that all necessary building permits are obtained in accordance to local codes. • Collecting project data in order to prepare relevant project reports. • Conducting design management, participating in technical review and value engineering sessions. • Execute site visits, meeting with stakeholders and presentation to clients.
• Overseeing and coordinating through the full project lifecycle from market study till sales. • Leading and monitoring staff progress and reporting to higher management.

• Prepare Project Concept Design & Presentation.
• Prepare documents for different authorities’ submission.
• Cover Design Development
• Allow for Technical Data Collections/ meeting with Developers/Clients.
• Assist the Design Team in the sustainable/ Green projects/ LEED Certification.
• Coordinate with other Design Disciplines
• Monitor Staff progress and evaluate workshop progress
• Report to higher management.
