• Handle office supplies/contracts
• Manage and coordinate assets transfer between warehouse and sites (Requisitions/stock in/out)
• Manage and maintain departmental filing system ( PR, PO, LPO, Personnel, invoices)
• Prepare monthly report (Asset availability/purchase/maintenance)
• Prepare and maintain daily workers information records (Medical report, ID, insurance, time attendance program, preparing files for GS and the ministry of work, contract, passports…)
• Handle all departmental communication matters and relates messages to concerned individuals

Main tasks:
• Main administrative duties.
• Issuing policies and collaborating with all the company’s departments to facilitate the agency’s work (late policies, unpaid receipts, etc…).
• Following clients’ claims: medical and motor.
• Handling all clients’ payments issues.
• Handling clients’ approvals by Cooperating with laboratories, hospitals, companies and the claims department.
• Ensuring that documents are in the right location, and that they are categorized according to the the type of document
• Managing the process of distribution of internal and external correspondences
• Producing of listings
• Handling the maintenance of all site’s equipments in collaboration with the administrative department
• Setting up the project filling system
• Electronic document filling

• Handling expense claim forms in collaboration with the accounting department
• Handling all employees-workers‘ files in collaboration with the human resources department
