Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all mechanical related works at Saint George Hospital as per approved drawings.

• Ensure the proper execution as the per approved shop drawings.
o Fresh and exhaust air ducts, dampers, etc.
o Hydronic piping, condensate drain piping, medical gas piping, domestic cold and hot water piping, etc.
o Sanitary fixtures
• Explain the work methodologies to the work force to ensure that the work is done as per requirements.
• Carry out relevant testing before handing over.
o Hydrostatic testing, flow testing, and pressure testing of air ducts, etc.
• Inspect received material in the site, check delivery note and inform the project manager.
• Draw as built drawings.
• Reporting to project manager regarding daily progress of work.
• Developing inspection request.
