As a Solution Architect i am responsible of working on the high and low level design of the project, analyzing AS-IS, getting requirements from the customer, and providing solutions to his new or old problems that he is facing. Also my job contains but not limited to writing SOW, RFI, FRS, Gap analysis, writing CR’s.
I was part of several project some but not limitted to the below

Saudi Arabia STC Project, Riyadeh, from may 2016 - present
Working on high level scooping STC CEM project, that is based on TMForum.
CEM is a customer engagement Module that shows the customer journys and statistics from start to end..The CEM project works as a horizontal intrface that looks at logs and database of several different systems and will be able to know where the problems are actually comming from. Either from CRM level, or from the EAI bus .... till the billing and provisioning levels
My role in the project was to take care of all the IT systems and vas systems that the CEM will deal with, get their characteristics, parameters, database structure for the part that we will be working on ... etc


Polkomtel BES Project Warsaw, Poland. 01-sep-2015 till 01-feb-2016
Huawei BES is a new product in the Market, it is a product that combines the e-commerce (e-shop and e-care) , CRM and billing in one complete system.
Polkomtel project was one of the most complicated projects, the BES has to deal with 2 companies, with a single sign on (SSO) and a lot of special discount feature (SmartDom, SmartFirma) for discounting accross 2 companies that needs a special engine to deal with these discounts. The architecture of the BES will be dealing with the companies as MVNE and these MVNE will share the same DB and same product catalog.

My role was providing the solutions for the SSO login where we presented the customer with E-Care, and Eshop login to his account from a single sign on page .also i was dealing with the discount accross 2 companies with a whole business senarios on a high level scope. Where i had several presentations and solutions for the customer.

SUN/SMART Philippines project 12-March-2015 till 01-May-2015
I was the acting team leader of the CRM team in the project. We were working on CRM version 5.5
My role was helping and supporting other team members in technical issues that I have more experience in. weekly reports to the Account technical leader to sync with the team. Also I also worked on the following as a member of the CRM team:
Huawei Hybrid FRS and hybrid full solution including and not limited to creation, provisioning, recharge, of a hybrid account ….etc. Also I wrote the Change bill medium and change bill cycle FRS, Notification FRS and transfer ownership FRS,
