Sales/Account Manager seeking new client and getting business from existing clients in all advertising aspects (BTL, ATL, events) printing and fabrication and exhibition stands.
Checking booking confirmations and invoices done by the CBU department in
order to be given to the finance department

Assists in updating the database on Media Space Availability, Rate Cards, TV
& Radio Grids and coordinates with ICU on changes and informs the sales
department through International Coordinator of any sales feedback.
Assists CBU Manager in running the day to day activities of the unit.
Receives the following form Booking Coordinator the following in the
absence of the CBU Manager
- Rate Cards and Program Synopsis
- Dealing with claims
- Booking Orders with rotation
- Ad Material with the need of CS Code
- Campaign amendment
- Campaign cancellation
- Complaints from the client
* Handling major clients like "The Pearl Qatar", "Qatar Airways", "Qatari Diar", "QNB", and "Dagoc"
* Doing madia plans for many campaigns for Dagoc for the asian games
*Report to the media director in terms of acquiring new clients
*Selling outdoor media to clients (mupis, rooftops)
*Media representative of Al Jazeera Network (Jazeera News, Jazeera Sports, Jazeera International, Jazeera Children) as well as the radios (Qatar Radio Arabic, QBS, and Sawt Al Khaleej)
*Coordinating with international advertising agencies regarding indirect clients that come from them.
* Preparing BTL campaigins for major clients (Land Rover, Ford, Jaguar, Emaar, Microsoft, LG, Al Tayer Motors, and Damac)
* Help in organizing events and dinners for global clients (LG and Land Rover)
* Managing the brand strategy of my international clients
* Coordinate with copywriters, graphic designers, and photographers on major creative work.
