Plan, organize, direct and manage floor, cashier, customer service and back office supervisors in addition to the sales consultants and backdoor team.
Analyze sales figures and reports in order to develop action plans.
Participate in the development of the branch’s strategy.
Deliver various reporting tools, analyze findings and recommend improvements (sell thru, brand and product analysis, footfall…)

Offer sport and fashion consultation to customers and walk them through the store for better sales.
Deal professionally and efficiently with complaints and escalate issues to retail manager when necessary.
Assist in the recruitment of a strong team that demonstrates consistent sales focus and sales oriented behaviors.
Identify training needs for the team to ensure relevant and added value.
Train team members on selling skills, customer service and merchandizing.
Conduct regular performance reviews and follow - up on development plans with each member of the team.
Responsible for assuring refill from branches or warehouse when necessary.
Control the receiving area by monitoring the sending and receiving products.
