- Manage and Supervise an operation team which include procurement, Inventory and Warehouses, logistics, QC and doc. Control
- Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures.
- Conduct daily meeting with operation team to discuss the day to day jobs, and the progress of all current jobs.
- Conduct Weekly meeting with operation and workshop team to discuss scheduling of work in a planned manner.
- Prepare quotations for Repair jobs and Rental enquiries as well.
- Oversee all jobs from quotation through to delivery.
- Ensure all jobs are undertaken within budget and on promised delivery time.
- Organize, coordinate and have general oversight of all workshop staff and activities.
- Supervise and control an inventory of spare parts which required to cover projects demand.
- Coordinate with freight forwarder to provide proper shipping instructions to have all spares required in a convenient time.
- Improve operational management system, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational wellbeing.
- Close all finished jobs and issue invoices to customers, and Make sure monthly target are achieved as planned.
- Coordinate with Acc. Receivable team and provide full support to have all invoices submitted to customers and paid on time.
- Providing management with yearly forecasting plan, and midyear forecasting updates.
- Ensuring achievement of the production targets.
- Create and execute project work Plan and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of technical projects.
- Submitting a weekly Project status report highlighting any on-going and potential problems.
- Submitting a weekly cost control report.
- Submitting a monthly forecast delivery schedule.
- Coordinate with purchasing team in Houston to order all free issue items required for the projects.
- Placing orders for local purchased free issue items and ensure delivered on time.
- Coordinating with Freight Forwarders to get shipments arranged and shipped on time.
- Coordinating with the fabricators to resolve all technical / logistics issue during the fabrication of pump packages in Dubai.
- Monitoring Sub-Contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.
- Supervising of 5 people in inventory & Assets
- Administer outgoing consumable & Spare Parts from Store to Workshop.
- Organize proper Storage for inventories, Consumable & Spare Parts.
- Verify incoming / Purchased materials based on the Purchase Order & Packing List.
- Receiving & Coordinate material Requisitions.
- Update Daily Inventory List & Prepare Purchase Requisition to maintain Stock Level.
- Get Approvals & Forward the Purchase Requisitions to Purchasing.
- Preparing Material Delivery to the customer.
- Generate, Control & Update Inventory Cycle Count.
- Adhere to Safety Procedure & Policies with Safety management System.
- Adhere to Quality Procedure & Policies in accordance with the ISO9002.
- Handling & purchasing of all the Material requests from all Weatherford Bases in Middle east & North Africa
- Coordinate with technicals & end users to identify purchase needs.
- Obtain competitive bidding for materials requested.
- Analysis of proposals & negotiation with potential suppliers.
- Selection of suppliers (local & international) & issuance of purchase orders
- Providing management with monthly purchase reports
- Intermediate with finance resolving discrepancies & supporting any purchase associated matters
- Providing logistics support with regards to all necessary shipping documents & procedures ensuring the right materials at the right place.
- Meeting Discussions with Sales Representatives
Indoor sales of Genuine CAT parts (Genset Engines, CAT Machines, Lift trucks & Jonh Deere Tractors).
Inventory Control, placing & receiving orders.
Issuing of invoices, Work orders and Garage Requisitions.
