* Apply technical knowledge to rating, underwriting and documentation of new business, renewals and endorsements.
* Quote and authorize a business within established corporate guidelines and individual authority level, preferable with the coordination of 2 or 3 Insurers.
* Perform Customer Assessment and provide advice to customers and competitive pricing.
* Service customers in a prompt and efficient manner within corporate timeframes.
* Analyze Insurers portfolios and provide support to senior management.
* Supervising the daily operations and follow up with customers on a weekly basis.
* Handling directly any claim related to medial, marine, others and indirectly the motor claims.
* Customer care support, particularly in medical claims reimbursement or pre-approval issue.
* Handling and monitoring the renewals, process and negotiations with Insurers and clients.
* Preparing a comparison table and detailed emails in respect of attracted quotations for new customers and a full detailed presentation.
* Support my team by daily work organization and weekly meeting.
* Assisted my Senior management and colleagues in the closure of major sales deals through several meetings with their new customers.
* Attracting new customers through direct and indirect sales.
* Presenting a yearly development plan to my senior management, including a Macro and Micro study of the operations department + the strength and weak points of it.
* Personal assistant to the CEO while he is in KSA.

IFCE Certified (the Insurance Foundation Certificate Exam) from the Institute of Banking in KSA
Assisted my senior management in 2009/2010 by preparing all the necessary documents/Plans in order to obtain the license of the new office in KSA/Aims Gulf and participated in the presentation that was submitted to SAMA.
Succeeded to maintain the majority of our customers due to the transparency in communication, professional service, strong relationships with Insurers and daily follow up on any pending issue.
Represented the company during the yearly visits/survey of Insurers and Re-insurers to our customer’s plants and premises.
Attended several Insurance conferences/ Business trips to Saudi Arabia (Riyadh and Jeddah), Lebanon, Turkey and Dubai.
