The National portal is a unified portal for all government agencies.
Through organizational restructure, led the creation of new sectors including National Portal Sector. Role as GM is to draw strategic roadmaps, tactical and robust plans, and align with UN requirements. Tasked with effectively managing various vendors, leading, and developing various team members and coordinating across all directorates within the organization.
The Department is completely responsible of GSB from integration projects to product enhancement
After a successful previous role, promoted and required to manage consumer department and with the addition of the provider directorate also. Overseeing and setting the GAs and focusing on innovative ideals for data and therefore deciding on the output of the webservice before product planning and execution.
The team role is all about of integration, Web Services & Application Deployments, Support, and operating consumers.
Headed up team responsible of integrating GAs to GSB as a consumer, E-Correspondence and SMS gateway. Delivering all required services to the consumers through GSB (Authentication, authorization, troubleshooting, consultation). Tasked to integrate GAs to E-Correspondence Hub and assure their ability to exchange letters. Actively authorize GAs to SMS gateway after validating the justification and to helping them building their SMS templates
Leading a team in the G-Cloud Dept. to integrate government agencies with Yesser’s national products (GSB, Murasalat, Tarasul)
Employed to integrate GAs (Government Agencies) services with GSB, and GAs with Government E-Correspondence and Government SMS Gateway. Leading to an amalgamation of technical and business trams into one department, and creating two divisions, Consumer and Provider.
Tasked to utilize the business and technical team to integrate government agencies' services to GSB (Government Services Hub). Accredited with doubling the results of colleagues, and led a creation of a new department, G-Cloud (government cloud) and was recognized as successful team lead.
Stepped up into role after previous manager resigned. Took ownership for supporting 2 new products in collaboration with clients, confidently overseeing a team based across numerous client sites.
Acted as team lead of 3 integral members, gained responsibilities for coordinating with all stakeholders (SSSIT, Client, Ministry of Finance, Banks, Beneficiaries), generating reports, and being involved in periodic meetings
