Project-manage a Talent and Career Development Programme that includes creation of learning passports, work
rotations, development and succession planning schemes, customised learning interventions, business unit
restructures and workforce planning.
Co-manage the design and implementation of a new performance management system including creation of core
and leadership competencies, competency mapping and KPI dictionary for 256 positions (Retail, FMCG,
Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing and Distribution)
Consult closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity
and retention and provide HR guidance.
Provide day-to- day performance management guidance to line management such as coaching, counseling, career
development and disciplinary actions.
Manage end-to- end learning for the Group by developing internal material and sourcing external vendors. (Lebanon,
Syria and Iraq)
Align HR activities to the vision statement of the organisation through the implementation of a balanced scorecard
system.
Analyse trends and HR metrics in partnership with the Group HR Director to develop solutions, programs and
policies and subsequently provide guidance and interpretation to Business Units.
Create a Learning Website and introduce mobile learning to achieve wider reach, reduce time off work and footfall.
Deliver software and mobile application training such as Trello Project Manager, Google Drive, Teamwork and Sites.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis and provide recommendations for learning opportunities.
Design and facilitate a leadership development programme that includes a variety of topics such as MBTI Personality
Assessment and coaching, development planning, Feedback and Coaching, Communication and Emotional
Intelligence, Business Writing and Competency Based Interviewing.
Co-facilitate onboarding programmes for new joiners.
Recruit and assess specialised positions such as regional trainers.
Create and develop a pool of internal trainers across functions; design and deliver Train the Trainer workshop to up-
skill internal talent and capitalise on existing capabilities.
Monitor training efficiency and adjust according to feedback and business requirements then follow up to ensure
training objectives are met.
Performance-manage a L&D specialist including providing guidance and support and conducting performance
reviews.
Provide one on one coaching to facilitate professional growth and prepare candidates for internal promotions and
lateral moves.
