Started out as a sales engineer in water treatment and human nutrition departments.
Promoted to Account Manager in 2019 and handed the Fine Chemicals Division in East Africa in addition to human nutrition, pharmaceuticals and animal nutrition in Lebanon.
Transferred in March 2021 to Performance Chemicals Division to handle the MENA region in the Inks and PU departments
Certified internal auditor for ISO 9001:2015 by TÜV Rheinland.

Common tasks shared between all departments that I handled:
Prospect for new clients.
Establish and maintain new and existing relationships with clients.
Follow up with all clients to make sure that all their needs are fulfilled and that they are satisfied with our business.
Prepare monthly sales reports for our suppliers.
Prepare yearly sales and purchasing budgets.
Performe market studies to determine the market's needs and look for new trends.
Attende international events to meet new suppliers and potential clients.
Connect with new suppliers to source new products that would serve my market.
Perform stock counts and keep a record of stock quantities.
Put purchase order with our suppliers whenever stocks are running low and based on my yearly forecast.
Follow up with clients regarding payments and make sure to collect them on due dates.
Coordinat with teammates in various countries regarding new opportunities, new projects, success stories, etc.
Ink:
Provide formulas for requested inks in collaboration with our supplier Flint Group
Test inks in our lab
Perform adjustments on formulas depending on the specifications of the client's printing machines
Water treatment:
Same duties as the previous job at Aquarius.
Performed and supervised flushing and disinfection of water networks.
Supervised the installation of water treatment systems.
Performed water tests for boilers, cooling towers, water and wastewater treatment systems on a monthly basis.
Prepared reports with test results and proposed solutions for all issues mentioned in the report.
Followed up with clients after the solution has been implemented.
Followed up with the technical person and managed the schedule of his visits on a daily basis.
Care Chemicals:
Established a good relationship with a local distributor that will be handling our distribution in East Africa.
Traveled to Kenya and visited several clients with our distributor. Planning monthly trips to Kenya until the business is running smoothly.
Performed a thorough market study for the care chemicals sector.
Introduced our portfolio and solutions to all clients.
Recorded all clients' requirements, products used, yearly quantities, expected price, technical issues, etc.
Raised all technicals issues to our lab technician and got her in contact with all clients.
Sent samples of our products to perform trials.
Followed up on trials and offered solutions to any problem that was faced.
Human nutrition:
Connected clients with our lab technicians to provide technical support for their products such as recipes and new products suggestions.
Attended several trainings in Lebanon and abroad both with Obegi Chemicals and with our suppliers related to human nutrition in general and specific portfolio products in particular.
Invited clients to international events organized by our suppliers and introduced them to new business opportunities.
Prepared technical files to register products at the Ministry of Public Health.
Submitted and followed up all registrations and clearance files at the MOPH for every product and shipment.
Pharmaceuticals:
Performed the shared tasks related to sales activity in addition to handling direct orders for Pharmaceutical clients.
Animal Nutrition:
Performed a full market study for animal nutrition in addition to visiting all major feed producers in Lebanon.
Understood clients' needs and provided customized solutions in the fields of water and wastewater treatment, desalination plants, swimming pools, fountains, and Jacuzzi electro-mechanical systems.
Visited clients to build a strong relationship while inspecting the site and collecting the necessary data such as water samples, plant room dimensions, etc.
Created a database to keep track of all submitted offers and their status in order to follow up with my clients.
Handled Bekaa, Ashrafieh and the area spanning from Dbayeh to the southern border with the exception of Beirut.
Submitted a full proposal to purchase a tailored software that would decrease the time wasted on writing offers and would let the sales engineers focus their energy on income-producing activities thus increasing the productivity of the sales department.
Was one of the five founders in Lebanon.
Increased sales by 1000% over a 7 months period.

Coordinated with project manager and consultants to solve various problems and achieve optimal results.
Provided shop drawings for various scopes including plumbing, heating, HVAC, composite drawings, detailed drawings, etc.
Supervised the renovation of a four story villa including both mechanical and civil work.
Learnt all scopes of mechanical shop drawing.
Created the mechanical Shop Drawing of Gaucho Restaurant.
