IT Architect focusing on infrastructure and cloud services. Helping IT departments across all group entities develop strategies to migrate and transform their infrastructure, enabling them to deliver enhanced business performance and to propose innovative and agile solutions in order to meet growing business needs.
Responsibilities:

T.One integration: integration of automation and failover routing features into the Voipswitch and Teles switches routing algorithms
Datacenter migration: preparation, set-up, and execution of a datacenter migration plan
Network enhancement: reconfiguration of under performing network nodes for voice traffic optimization
Security enhancement: elimination of security threats and point of failures in the network

First Level support engineer: ticket processing, troubleshooting, QoS maintenance
