Universal teller: Responsibilities include the following tasks: * Conducting financial analysis
* Working on "data cleansing" plan in order to create a new database of cleints dealing with the bank
* Processing bills, payment orders, letters of credit & guarantee
* Marketing financial products
* Processing VAT payments and Fiscal & Income Taxes
* Processing customer instructions in accordance with the operations policies and procedures and AML duties
* Serve the clients in accordance with customer service standards
* Applying the safety and security policies and procedures during the daily activities
* Perform internal administrative tasks: -control the stock of financial documents kept in the branch
- perform end of day closing procedures: count and balance the cash
- classify the vouchers and other documents as required by the operations procedures
* Attend training to develop products knowledge and awarness of terms and conditions regarding the concern bank
* Engourage first class segment customers to meet with the head of sales unit, the branch manager or the retail department manager
* Engourage walk-in target segment customers to meet the personal banking representative
