The program provides principled leadership in organizations by visioning, mentoring and influencing business behavior towards organizational goals and mission. It uses a broad array of problem solving, decision making and critical thinking skills to address managerial issues in complex business environments. It also helps apply effective interpersonal skills in order to create a corporate culture that values people and incorporates a sense of service orientation in all individual actions, business dealings and corporate decisions. It integrates functional knowledge with strategic insight to enhance organizational performance in a competitive business environment. It makes use of evolving technology for efficient operation in bringing innovative products and services to the customer. I have been a recipient of an exclusive scholarship grant having an above average GPA of 3.44 in a 4-point scale system.
