o Receiving and Greeting the guests prior their departures

o Coordinating the guests’ check-ins to assigned yachts and informing them about the facilities

o Manages guests’ services and the yacht’s image by answering guests’s requests and making sure the visitors will be satisfied

o Checking and attending the guest’s requests and needs

o Responsible for the schedule of each yachts to depart on time

o Responsible for supervising the crew to handle each guests on their own scheduled trips

o In time of lacking crews due to high demand of trips, able to handle to go in a trip as a crew

o Providing the guests with above-and-beyond service to ensure their experience will be worth remembering.
