1. Driving the project from initial stage of concept finalization to product roll out.
2. Requirement analysis and gathering, implementation, UAT, defect tracking and then PVT post roll out.
3. Preparing project plans, tracking the project progress and timely delivery of the product features.
4. Vendor Management and internal team Management.

1. AI based Conversational Banking App and SDK integration with MB App. The AI bot was made up to 80% accurate based on NLP processing.
2. EVA- PWS Chatbot. Available to resolve user queries and Credit Card services.
