• Maintaining current job description and managing employee performance evaluation programs, motivating employees for internal promotion.
• Administering the procedure for short listing of CV’s, conducting interviews, supervising the recruitment and selection procedures as well as conducting practical tests.
• Preparing MIS reports, maintaining leave/vacations records, computing overtime allowance and submitting details to the payroll department.
