Controlling & updating OMIP and SAP PM Module master data.
Responsible for the overall control of all OMIP and SAPMD documents.
Records all necessary details from the OMIP/SAP request form to the tracking system.
Confirms OMIP PM Request from IERD Engineer and Manager through signature and send all documents to the required department (PMD, EGMD, O&UMD, and MSD).
Proper document keeping and communicating with other departments regarding OMIP documents.
Updates all OMIP/SAP requests into the tracking system after received from the reviewers/evaluator.
Follow up SAP Equipment Creation/OMIP (Overall Mechanical Integrity Program) pending requests.
Prepares OMIP/SAPMD weekly report.
Generating SHEM07 KPI monthly status report for Safety Critical equipment
Prepares and types accurately proposals, correspondence and other official document of the department for manufacturing general manager.
Forwards or routes other forms and other documents upon instruction of general manager.
Gather keeps and maintain files of documents and record usually required or needed as supporting documents to bidding and presentation of proposals.
Controller usually works with documents such as drawings, confidentiality agreements and material specifications.
Receive and direct calls from customer courteously.
Handling incoming mails and check and distributing fax messages and other materials.
Communicate verbally and I writing to answer inquiries and provide information.
Handle the main clerical duties for the office, including composing and typing project correspondence, sorting mail, submitting construction permit requests, scheduling meetings and making copies of documents for construction bids and projects.
Answer the phones, respond to general questions from clients and suppliers, write messages and transfer calls.
