AS Report Support:
o Support the implementation of Cognos suite of Query and Reporting Tools for Blue Harmony and OGS group (On Going Support)
o Monitoring of daily run of scheduled reports.
o Provide estimate/sizing to the Change request
o Gives solutions to the Change Request
o Provide analysis and solution on issues raised by the customers
o Provide solutions to the Change request in accordance with SLA stated in the sizing.
o Implement Change request and resolve defect tickets in RTC.
o Support Cognos Development environment (both administration and security)
o Maintain the performance of different environments (Dev. Testing, and Production)
o Perform some infrastructure activities:

2 - Check the BIBUS of each Dispatchers
3 - Maintain and monitor long idle BIBUS operation in all servers
4 - Monitor all Dispatchers on different servers
