Worked on the foundation of Regional Cancer Centre, Trivandrum 13 Floor
building
➢ Supervised Diaphragm wall and pile foundation works
➢ Sangumugam beach and cycle park construction site at Trivandrum
➢ Residential building construction for Kerala Life mission. Construction of flats for
20 family at Beemapally fisherman Colony
➢ Conservation work at Kanakakunnu Palace Trivandrum, 120 years old palace of
Travancore dynasty. Its interior is transformed into digital museum.
➢ Site inspection for civil construction work and ensure that the work is as per the
project specification and issued construction drawing from the authorities
➢ Negotiated with suppliers for better prices and specific delivery schedules to
support construction and meet budget and deadlines.
➢ Preparation of weekly report, monthly report which gives information regarding
the manpower and machinery and progress of work on a weekly as well as
monthly basis respectively.
➢ Site Supervision: Supervising the site on regular basis and ensuring the quality of
work, progress of work and rectifying mistakes if any.
➢ Safety inspection: Inspecting safety requirements for infrastructural works such as
placing of barricades at proper intervals, rope closing beside deep trenches,
placing of warning signs were met or not.
➢ Managing the site which includes site foreman, labours, store keeper, charge
hand, surveyors and assign them their responsibilities.
➢ Take part in the preparation of measurement sheet with the senior engineers for
the payment procedures.
