Ensures that all major Equipment and Machines are in good condition and working properly such as Air Compressor (KAESER Ask 40/Ask 35), Generators (SCANIA and FG WILSON), Fire Hydrant, Electrical Switch Gear, and R.O. Plant, SkyJack Manlift, Hyster Forklifts, Electroplating Lines, Paint Plant(Powder Coating Plant)
Conduct Corrective and Preventive Maintenance of all Production Machineries such as CNC Punching Machine(Trumpf Traumatic 200), Ermak CNC Press Brake Machine, Injection Molding Machine(Krauss Mafei CX200), GPO Sheet Milling Machine, Italmac CNC Multi-Milling Machine, Laser Mylar Cutting, Italmac CNC Saw Zeta 800, CNC Holecut(EHRT), Iron Worker-Kingsland, Iron Worker-GEKA, Ermak CNC Bending, ChinFong Power Press, Henrob Automatic Riveting Machine, Vibrating Machine, Miller Welding Machine, GIS Hoist Cranes
Troubleshoot and Repairing of all Production Machines and Equipment
Design and Implement Electrical Control for Machine Improvement, Process Improvement and Production Improvement
Coordinates and Assists the Supplier for Fire Protection System, Gas Detection System and Related AMC
Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods;
Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults;
Diagnosing breakdown problems;
Fitting new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly;
Carrying out quality inspections on jobs;
Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment;
Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs;
Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs;
Improving health and safety policies and procedures;
Working with specialist equipment, such as programmable logic controllers (PLC), which control machinery on factory assembly lines;
Writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines;
Ensuring there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.
Ensures Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing of Accommodation is in Good Condition
Applied knowledge in Reverse Osmosis Systems, Numerous Water Filtration Systems, UV Water Filtration Systems, UV Sterilizers, Water Softeners, Fine Sediment removal, Fine Media and Specialty Cartridges
Ensures reliability of Production Machineries & Equipment as well as the Industrial Services Equipment at the least cost.
Leading the team to hit the targeted MTCE KPI’s.
Coordinates with other departments regarding equipment’s breakdowns, activities requiring hi-priority & other preventive intervention needed
Assists and supervise the ongoing maintenance projects
Report all activities pertaining to work schedule, machine & equipment conditions
Assures safe work environment for the team by respecting the established procedures.
Ensure effective implementation of Preventive Maintenance & CBM programs of machines and equipment by way of verification, follow-up of ongoing work, pending & completion of every activity.
Determine the essential spares required for the replacement & stocks
Controls, delegates and follows through job orders.
Ensure proper reporting of the JRS upon completion.
Prepares summary report for the shift on a daily basis including turnover to the following shift.
Ensure proper documentation of all technicians’ activities, by daily monitoring the integrity of technicians report.
Orients & trains the staff to increase productivity and efficiency.
Evaluate the training needs of the people & helps to develop the potential
Implement company rules, policies & regulations
Conduct regular toolbox meeting to inform team member the priorities & objectives for the day.
To recommend areas to improve like how to do things, machine & equipment improvements.
Ensures the respect of ESH rules; contributes to related audits.
Ensures proper dissemination of pertinent information with regard to safety & environment practice of good housekeeping
Maintain good housekeeping to protect the health of the personnel and avoid accident
Proper safety clothing and gadgets to personnel assigned in hazardous or when working with active chemicals.
