• Develops and verify Material take off against drawings, pricing and generating bill of quantities for HVAC, Ventilation, Plumbing, Drainage, Storm, Sewerage, Potable Water, District Cooling and Fire fighting Networks.
• Review’s the completeness of Tender Documents and sends RFI’s for missing information’s
• Send Inquires, gather and compare quotations from different suppliers.
• Re pricing of Tender based on the latest addendums and design changes.
• Attends site visits and post tender evaluation meetings.
• Review, discuss and finalized the tender with the MEP Manager, populates Value Engineering items in order to provide a cost effective offer to the project.

• Preparation of forecasts, budgets and cost control measures.
• Quantification of Variations as per revised drawings / specification and follow-up with Main
Contracts / Project Managers for Site Work Instruction. (SWI)
• Pricing of Variation claims, evaluation with Main Contractors / Project Managers and
Finalization of Variation Orders (VO)
• Provide and maintain all backup documentation required for substations of claims /
invoices.
• Monthly Progressive Billing / Invoicing and follow-up for timely payments
• measures the cost variance

- Handle the tasks of supporting project managers on assigned projects regarding variations, claims and other cost related issues.
- Perform responsibilities of developing, implementing and maintaining cost structures.
- Prepare monthly program report by gathering data from procurement, engineering and operations team.
- Coordinate with project teams to identify cost impacts of proposed changes by comparing tender and contract documents.
- Handle the tasks of reviewing commercial performance against forecast targets and budgets
- Perform responsibilities of preparing and providing status against current commitments and budget
- Cost estimating and quantity take offs for high rise commercial & residential towers, mixed used developments, villas and fit out works for mechanical systems.
- Send inquiries for equipment’s and specialized system, gather quotations, bid tabulations, requesting and checking of material submittals.
- Awarding of package to successful suppliers/subcontractor, Issuance of LOI and Purchase Requisitions.

• Evaluates and compare the Tender and contract Documents.
• Formulation of Project Budget upon project award based on estimates of which
material/suppliers used during tender stage.
• Preparation of breakdown of lump sum items in Bill of Quantities.
• Evaluates VOs/RFIs/EIs issued and identify the variations affecting the cost &Time
implications.
• Prepares delay and variation notifications to Client and or Subcontractor.
• Deals with the quantifying, estimating and costing of contract change orders.
• Prepares monthly Interim Payment Applications to Main Contractor complete with all
backup substantiation and liaise with Main Contractor QS for the reconciliation of progress
completed.
• Prepares Subcontract Agreement, Supply Agreement, Labour Subcontract and Service
Agreement.
• Evaluate/ Assess Subcontractors variation claims.
• Reviewing each materials/equipment requisition to ensure allowable budget are
achieved.

commissioning and maintenance of building engineering services inclusive of heating,
ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), electrical, fire safety and low current system projects.
• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bill of quantities.
• Preparing and analyzing costing for tenders.
• Pre and post tender reviews all in accordance with the departmental operation
procedure (including assessments and recommendations)
• Conducts quantity take off for mechanical works such as HVAC, plumbing and
drainage, firefighting including variations.
• Coordinates with suppliers for prices, quotation and inquiries for various mechanical
equipment and materials.
• Responsible for comparison sheet, obtaining material submittal approval, comparison
of Tender and IFC Documents.
• Site supervision of mechanical works.

-Preparing tender and contract documents, including bill of quantities.
