 Detailed study of Drawings, site conditions, project specifications, Fitout manual if any in order to prepare Accurate Estimate.
 Provide preconstruction services including the preparation of preliminary budgets, and cost plans.
 Value engineering opportunities
 Preparation of Estimate by gathering Proposals, Quotations, Specifications, samples and rock-bottom prices from the subcontractors
 Develop strategies to create a competitive edge
 Determine general expenses and provide input into the margins/fees.
 Soliciting information from subcontractors and suppliers
 Analyze subcontractor requirements.
 Negotiating and awarding of contracts
 Understanding of unit pricing
 Preparation of Cost Budget/ Estimated Cost for the Complete Project
 Identifying and computing the costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
 Monitoring variations
 Preparing Technical Justification for Variation Claims.
 Assisting in project planning and scheduling
 Time Management - multi-Tendering, budgeting etc.
 Procurement advice & assistance
 Prepare & Compile “Final Accounts Payment application” with relevant substantiation and documents as per contract obligations
 Preparation of the final jobs close out report
 Assist in establishing client requirements and to undertake feasibility studies
 Coordination with Project Execution Team

 Quantity surveying and Estimation of Quantities for all fitout/Civil works.
 Preparation of Cost Budget for the Complete Project .
 Preparation of Variation Orders & produce proper claims/ Technical Justification for Variation Order in coordination with Projects Team
 Coordination with the site & Preparation of Payment Application as per the Progress on site & based on Contract Aggrement.

 Quantity surveying and Estimation of Quantities.
 Preparation of BOQ for Structure, Finishes, and External Development works etc
 Proof checking of the drawings given by the consultant.
 Planning & Procurement of the material.
 Coordination with the Project Execution Team.
 Budgeting & Rate Analysis for different items
